A prolific writer—with expertise in nutrition, health, beauty and natural living—Sally’s work has appeared in The New York Times, Prevention, Martha Stewart Living, Yoga Journal and countless other print publications. She has co-written several New York Time’s best-selling books, teaming up with celebrities such as makeup artist Bobbi Brown and supermodel Christie Brinkley. In the digital realm, she helped create two of the most successful blogs on the msn.com Healthy Living channel (where her most popular post generated over a million page views) and contributes several times a month to the Food Network’s Healthy Eats blog.

Michele’s experience includes both internal and external senior level communications and marketing roles, having begun her career at some of the world’s best-known PR agencies managing global accounts including Sony Online Entertainment, REI.com, Starbucks, Microsoft, Aetna, Ericsson, and Liz Claiborne.
In addition to her professional work, Michele is an active volunteer in her community. She lives in Connecticut with her family.

Katherine holds a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She believes in giving back to her community and heads the publicity efforts for the Foxborough Founders Day Committee and development outreach for the Foxboro Music Association, a nonprofit charity dedicated to the support and enrichment of students in the Foxboro Public Schools’ rigorous music program.
